Do you accept my insurance?

Addison Pain Management accepts a wide range of insurance plans, including but not limited to: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, First Health, Humana, Pacificare, PHCS, UHC, Medicare. Please contact us if you would like to verify your insurance carrier with our office.

What is your policy on prescribing narcotics?

Patients who are prescribed narcotic medications for their condition will be required to review and sign a contract demonstrating understanding and informed consent for the use of controlled substances. Please note, Addison Pain Management cannot fill prescriptions earlier than the indicated refill date due. Failure to take medication in accordance with prescription will be regarded as prescription abuse.

How do I get my medication prescription refilled?

You may contact our office and leave a message for the medical assistant. Please allow our staff 2 business days to handle your prescription refill request. It is the patient’s responsibility to contact Addison Pain Management if they change pharmacies.

Who do I contact with a question about my bill?

Addison Pain Management utilizes Administep for our medical billing and collections services. For questions regarding your claim or statement, please call 214-440-3138 between their office hours of 8 am to 4 pm.
